上好佳集团于一九四六年创立于菲律宾的马尼拉,从事生产及经营贸易业务。从一九七四年起,兼营食品加工,创立了“Oishi”品牌,并风蜚全菲。目前在菲律宾设有五家工厂,分布于菲律宾的三大主要岛屿。

一九九三年,上好佳首次拓展海外投资,在上海设立了两家工厂。目前,上好佳在中国已拥有十三家工厂。位于上海青浦的上好佳(中国)有限公司作为上好佳的中国总部管理着集团在中国的运营业务。

一九九七年,上好佳在越南设厂,现已有四个工厂。一九九九年,上好佳缅甸工厂投产。二零零六年,设立了泰国和印尼的上好佳工厂。二零一二年末,上好佳柬埔寨工厂正式投产。同时,上好佳在印度的运营也已经正式启动,在二零一三年年底投产。上好佳在南非投资建造一家新工厂,在二零一七年年底已投入运营。二零一八年,集团在孟加拉国的生产基地破土动工,预计在二零二零年初可以落成投产。

上好佳食品种类琳琅满目,包括休闲食品、薯片、糖果、饼干、饮料和巧克力制品等。上好佳集团最早以“Oishi”品牌远销国际市场。在中国,则以“Oishi上好佳”品牌畅销各大省市。从二零零一年起,“Oishi上好佳”连续被评选为“上海著名商标”。

二零零八年九月,上好佳集团收购了两家生产以“大湖”和加拿大拉松地公司授权使用的“茹梦”品牌的纯果汁、果汁饮料和浓缩型果汁的公司。二零一一年,上好佳集团收购了第三家饮料生产企业:河北喜奥保健食品有限责任公司,开始生产以“喜奥”为品牌的胡萝卜汁及多种水果原浆,如蜜桃、苹果、草莓、杏和猕猴桃。二零一五年,上好佳集团收购了天津高乐高食品有限公司,发展以可可原料为基础的休闲产品。

The Liwayway Group’s history dates back to 1946 in Manila, Philippines. In 1974, Liwayway diversified into food manufacturing and established the Oishi brand. We currently operate 5 factories in the Philippines, spread over the three major islands in the country.

In 1993, Liwayway embarked on its first venture outside the Philippines with the establishment of two factories in Shanghai, China. Since then, Liwayway’s operations in China have grown to 13 manufacturing bases across the country and are managed under its Shanghai-based head company, Liwayway (China) Co., Ltd.

Liwayway also established its presence in Vietnam in 1997. Today, Vietnam operations have expanded to 4 factories. Our international operations also include Myanmar – established in 1999, Thailand and Indonesia – both set-up in 2006, and Cambodia - which began operations in late 2012. The Group also started the establishment of its operations in India, which began manufacturing at the end of 2013, and South Africa which began operations at the end of 2017. 2018saw the groundbreaking of our Bangladesh manufacturing base which we expect to be completed in early 2020.

Liwayway manufactures an extensive variety of food products including sweet and savoury snacks, potato chips, confectionery, biscuits, beverages and cocoa-based products -- mainly sold under the Oishi brand. In China, where Oishi is also known as the “ 上好佳 ” brand, 上好佳has been consecutively recognized as a "Shanghai Famous Brand" since 2001 up to the present. 

In September 2008, Liwayway China acquired Great Lakes, comprising two companies that produce fruit juices, drinks and concentrates sold under the brands “Great Lakes” and “Rougemont”, the latter licensed from Industries Lassonde Inc. of Canada. In 2011, the company acquired a third beverage factory, Hebei Xiao Health Food Co., based in Hebei Province, including its trademark “XiAo” used for its carrot-based drinks.  With this, the group started producing various fruit purees such as peach, apple, strawberry, apricot, pear & kiwi. In 2015, the Group acquired a Tianjin-based company that was later renamed Liwayway GLG Food (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.  This company manufactures cocoa-based products under its well-known trademark “Gao Le Gao”.

Our philosophy incorporates the values handed-down throughout over 70-year history.  Liwayway places utmost concern for the quality in its products and processes, integrity in its business dealings, and the importance of long-standing relationships.

国家市场监督管理总局、中共中央宣传部、国家发展和改革委员会等相关部门8月23日联合印发《市场监管总局等14个部门关于开展2019年全国“质量月”活动的通知》(国市监质〔2019〕162号),部署安排在2019年9月联合开展以“共创中国质量,建设质量强国”为主题的2019年全国“质量月”活动,在全社会着力营造“政府重视质量,企业追求质量,人人关注质量”的浓厚氛围,为建设质量强国、推动高质量发展作出新的贡献,以优异成绩庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年。

《市场监管总局等14个部门关于开展2019年全国“质量月”活动的通知》(国市监质〔2019〕162号)确定2019年全国“质量月”活动由市场监管总局等14个部门联合主办,并重点部署“开展质量主题宣传,大力提升全社会质量意识”“严格落实企业质量主体责任”“有效激发市场主体质量发展活力”,也特别要求“积极动员,广泛参与”“要充分发挥企业的主体作用,广泛动员各类企业特别是中小企业大力开展‘质量月’活动,加强全员、全方位、全过程质量管理,推动诚信自律、规范经营”“充分发挥消费者组织、行业协会等的桥梁纽带作用、有针对性地开展群众喜闻乐见、与群众密切相关的活动,推动树立‘质量第一’的强烈意识,助力营造良好市场环境”。

中国质量检验协会作为全国质量检验行业组织和质量专业社团机构(原隶属于原质检总局,现隶属于市场监管总局),自2004年开始就连续多年在全国“质量月”活动中组织开展“企业质量诚信倡议”专题活动。全国“质量月”企业质量诚信倡议专题活动因为具备形式新颖、主题鲜明、内容丰富、成效显著、组织发动深入、企业参与积极、社会各界互动性强、媒体舆论报道广泛等特点,在全社会营造了人人关心质量、重视质量、创造质量、享受质量的良好氛围,已经成为全国“质量月”活动中具有重要影响的主要活动之一。

为持续助力企业积极承担质量主体责任,深入开展质量提升行动,推进质量社会共治,营造全社会共同重视和推动质量工作的良好氛围,为促进经济高质量发展作出不可或缺积极努力,中国质量检验协会组织代表各地区、各行业质量管理水平较高和质量责任、质量诚信、质量安全、质量水平、质量发展、质量创新具有良好示范带头作用的近两千家标杆典型企业再次在2019 年全国“质量月”活动中开展了“企业质量诚信倡议”活动。
