中国农垦控股上海有限公司（简称“中垦上海公司”），是中国农业发展集团有限公司（简称“中国农发”）旗下中国农垦集团有限公司（简称“中垦集团”）全资子公司。
CSFA Holdings Shanghai Co. Ltd. ((hereinafter referred to as CSFA ShanghaiCompany) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China State Farm Agribusiness Group Co,. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as CSFA )under the banner of China National Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNADC).
