H.J.亨氏公司于1869年在美国成立，总部位于美国宾夕法尼亚州匹兹堡市，迄今拥有142年历史，是世界首屈一指的食品制造商。亨氏集团的分公司和分支机构遍布全球200多个国家和地区，拥有150多种全球数一数二的著名品牌，年销售额逾100亿美元。亨氏集团主要拥有三类核心产品品类：番茄酱和调味品（包括酱油、腐乳）；正餐和零食（包括冷冻食品和开胃食品）；婴幼儿食品及营养品。

　　1984年经美国前国务卿基辛格博士穿针引线，美国亨氏在广州创办了中国第一家婴儿辅助食品的合资企业──亨氏联合有限公司，填补了当时国内婴幼儿营养食品的空白。亨氏公司的婴幼儿食品产销量占全国同类产品的主导地位。

　　1999年，亨氏（青岛）食品有限公司成立，除生产婴儿瓶装食品外，还生产和销售西餐厅常用的亨氏西式酱，种类多达20多种。除亨氏番茄酱外，亨氏西式酱还包括著名的亨氏焗豆、亨氏白醋、李派林喼汁等产品，它们均是四、五星级酒店及各类高级餐厅餐台上的调味品首选。

　　2002年4月，亨氏（中国）投资有限公司成立并落户广州。2002年6月，亨氏成功收购国营广州美味源食品有限公司等三家企业，成立了亨氏（中国）调味食品有限公司，开始了亨氏在中国调味品领域的新的征程。

　　2004年，上海龙凤食品有限公司也融入亨氏大家庭。1979年成立至今，“龙凤”已成为家喻户晓的速冻食品领导品牌，主要生产包括水饺、汤圆、点心、火锅底料等在内的八大系列产品。目前，“龙凤”在上海、天津、成都及浙江设有4个生产基地。加入亨氏后，“龙凤”继续以“追求卓越、永续发展”的经营理念，借助亨氏先进的研发技术及管理经验，加快国际化的步伐，进一步弘扬中国美食文化，为消费者提供更多更好的健康食品选择。

　　2008年亨氏中国以其骄人的成绩荣获广州市政府优秀总部企业奖。2010年，亨氏又斥资1.65亿美元收购了总部位于广州的福达（中国）投资有限公司，大幅加大了亨氏在中式调味品业务方面的投资力度。凭借亨氏在中式调味品领域的领先专业技术和创新水平，我们相信亨氏调味品一定能为“食在广东”的美誉锦上添花。

　　目前，亨氏在中国的员工超过1万名，在广州、青岛、上海、浙江、成都、天津、南京、广东开平建有12个工厂，其中建在广东的工厂有5个。

　　In 1999 Heinz (Qingdao) Food Company Ltd was founded to produce infant jar foods, as well as to produce and sell more than 20 categories of Heinz western sauces which are frequently used in western restaurants. Besides Heinz ketchup, Heinz western sauces include famous Heinz baked bean, Heinz white vinegar and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and they are the first choices of condiment in 4-5 star hotels and outstanding restaurants.

　　In April 2002, Heinz (China) Investment Company Ltd was established in China and in June it acquired three state own enterprises to set up Heinz (China) Sauces and Condiments Company Ltd. This step has marked a new era for Heinz to march into the sauces and condiments industry in China.

　　In 2004, Shanghai Long Fong Food Company Ltd joined Heinz family. Ever since its establishment in 1979, “Long Fong” has grown to a well-known leading brand in the fast frozen food industry. Its products cover eight major categories including dumpling, rice ball, dim sum, hot pot base, etc. Nowadays it has 4 factories in Shanghai, Tianjin, Chengdu, and Zhejiang province. After joining Heinz, “Long Fong” has leveraged Heinz’ advanced R & D technology and management experience for sustainable development. It has accelerated its process of internationalization and better promoted the Chinese cuisine culture with more versatile product offerings for the consumers.

　　In 2008 Heinz China was awarded the Excellent Headquarter Enterprise by Guangzhou Government. In 2010, Heinz completed the acquisition of Foodstar, a leading manufacturer of premium soy sauces and fermented bean curd in Guangzhou, China, with a cash payment of USD 165 million, which substantially enlarged Heinz’s investment in sauces and condiments industry in China. With Heinz’s leading professional technology and innovation in condiments industry, we are confident to contribute more to the fantastic taste of the well-known Cantonese cuisine.

　　Nowadays Heinz has over 10,000 employees in China and twelve factories in Guangzhou, Qingdao, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Chengdu, Tianjin and Nanjing. 5 of these factories are based in Guangdong province.
