利欧集团湖南泵业在湖南湘潭九华工业园一期投资3.5亿元新建国内大型工业用泵研发、生产、测试基地，占地面积253亩。企业吸收合并原长沙天鹅工业泵股份有限公司（原长沙工业泵总厂）、无锡锡泵制造有限公司（原无锡水泵厂），泵类产品制造历史可追溯到1956年；在吸收合并资源的基础上对原人员、设备、技术、工艺、市场等进行全面整合，目前产品及服务已广泛涉足市政、电力、水利、钢铁、冶金、石化、环保、新能源、建筑、军工等多个领域，成为国内规模、装备、综合实力领先的泵产品制造商，致力于满足客户的核心利益和价值需求。

利欧集团湖南泵业现有员工400余人，其中水泵技术人员及中高级工程师150余人，装备有五轴联动数控加工中心，大型龙门加工中心，8m立车，大型卧车可加工轴类零件长度为12m；大型落地镗、铣床，三坐标检测中心及常规数控加工、检测设备300余台套，企业建有大型真机泵测试中心，试验台等级评定为“一级”，拥有深13.5m，干、湿可转换坑测试台、深7m、长26m、宽10m高汽蚀干坑测试台以及5个低汽蚀测试台位，可以对轴流泵、混流泵、立式蜗壳泵、中开泵、多级泵、潜水泵等各类型式水泵进行真机全性能测试；现委托国家权威机构对测试中心进行审查，力争成为世界级流体机械设备检测中心。利欧集团湖南泵业建有理化计量检测中心，为高品质产品保驾护航，所制造的各类泵产品深受行业用户的广泛好评。

Leo Group Pump (Hunan) Co, Ltd., founded in 2000, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leo Group Co., Ltd.(stock code:002131), with a registered capital of 4369million RMB yuan.

The Company invested 350 million RMB yuan in the first phase of Hunan Xiangtan Jiuhua lndustrial Park to bulild a domestic research and development, production and testing base for large-scale industrial pumps, covering an area of 253 mus (equal to 41.678440942761 acres). The Company absorbed and merged the original Changsha Swan Industrial Pump Co., Ltd.(formerly Changsha Industrial Pump General Factory) and Wuxi Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd.(formerly wuxi Water Pump Factory), the manufacturing history of pump products could be traced back to 1953. On the basis of absorbing the combined resources, the original personnel, equipment, technology, process, market and the like were fully integrated. At present, our products and services have been widely involved in electric power, water conservancy, iron and steel, metallurgy, petrochemical, municipal, eco-friendly, new energy, building, Military industry and other fields, and our company has become a leading pump manufacturer in scale, equipment, comprehensive strength in China, committed to meet the core interest and value needs of customers.

The Company is a "three-standardintegrated" system certification enterprise, and a "high-tech enterprise", has fully implemented ERP and OAelectronic information management. The Company has more than 400 employees, including more than 150 pump technicians and intermediate and senior engineers. It is equipped with more than 300 sets of equipment, such as five-axis CNC machining center, large gantry machining center,8m vertical lathe, large horizontal lathe that can process the length of shaft parts to be 12m, large floor boring and milling machine, three coordinates testing center, and conventional CNC processing and testing equipment. The Company has a large real machine pump test center with test bench rating for "Class II", has dry, wet convertible pit test bench of 13.5m deep, high cavitation dry pit test bench of 7m deep,26m long and 10m wide, and five low cavitation test benches, the real machine all performance test can be carried out on the axial flow pump, mixed-flow pump, vertical volute pump, middle opening pump, multi-stage pump, submersible pump and other kinds of type water pumps. Entrust national authority organization to examine the testing center now for being a World class fluid machinery equipment detection center. The Company has established a physical and chemical measuring and testing center to protect high-quality products. The various pump products manufactured by the Company are widely praised by users in the industry.
